Daddy Dice with his Baby Boy (Short Story In Description)

(Literally wrote this story as I was about to upload it; just felt it needed something more personal for this picture. And note: this is written by someone who has not played the game yet, but is still a fan of it’s art style, it’s concepts, and it’s characters. And let’s face it, this is an adorable shipping and if I didn’t do this, who would?)

“Tonight’s Plans” a Very Short Story by Grimm Cornelius Grey.

King Dice sat on the Devil’s throne, his body sore and his mind a bit blurry. What a horrible day! What terrible timing! Dice and the Devil had been in a relationship for centuries at this point, and it had taken all those years the two had been together to convince the Devil to try one of Dice’s fantasies for a spin. And just a few hours before it was to happen, those monstrous boys had to go and ruin it all! Not only was their business in ruins, but to add salt to the wound, Dice knew the Devil would never try his proposal now. How could he? It would only add more humiliation to the day, and - -

“Ummm …”

Dice jumped from the throne, hearing his boss’ voice.

“Sorry, Your Highness! I shouldn’t have sat on your …”

Dice stared at the Devil with bewilderment. There, in front of him, his lover was dressed in bright red sneakers with white poofy shocks, a yellow and red stripped shirt that was much too small for him, a red propeller hat held down with an elastic string, and the extra soft, crinkly white diaper. Everything Dice had prepared for the Devil to wear tonight, everything he had laid out on the Devil’s bed, was now being worn by his highness. His dark fur failed to conceal the pink blush on his face as he gripped his pitchfork with a childish posture.

“Y-Your Highness …”

“S-Shut up!” The Devil barked. He looked away and continued. “W-We had a deal. I don’t plan on breaking it … even after all that’s happened.”

Both Dice and the Devil stood still for a moment, a little unsure of where to proceed next. Dice hadn’t expect this want so ever. Then again, maybe this was just what the needed?

With this in mind, Dice quickly snatched the Devil up from his feet, and fell back onto the throne. The Devil gave a great yelp as his crinkly bottom fell on Dice’s crossed leg, and his pitch fork being taken away from him.

“I think that’s enough big boy time, then,” Dice said with the confidence of a father. “For the rest of tonight, Daddy Dice will take care of all your problems!” He gave the Devil a warm smile, his rosy cheeks brimming with color.

At first it seemed the Devil was about to protest, but he stopped himself. Slowly, he rested his head on Dice’s chest, making sure his large horns did now poke his “daddy” in the eye. Dice gently pressed his head against his heart, allowing it’s rhythmic beat to calm the Devil’s own heart. Then, suddenly the Devil began to cry, his sobs echoing throughout the throne room. Dice rubbed the Devil’s back in circling motions, comforting his baby with both his words and his heart. It must have been several minutes of tears before the Devil would look back up at dice, a rare look of innocents dominating his eyes. Dice stared back for a bit, before implanting a passionate kiss on his lover’s lips. The Devil embraced his daddy, and allowed his strong grip to keep him snug against his partner. Finally, when Dice pulled away from the Devils lips (much to the Devil’s dismay), Daddy Dice stay his boy up straight, looking him in the eye.

“I know this is hard for you,” he said. “It’s hard for me too. But we’ve been through worst, kind of. We can rebuild our empire, and get our revenge on those horrid brothers!” He placed his ringer under the Devil’s chin and caressed it with care. “Until then, Daddy will make sure his widdle baby is properly cared for!”

The Devil, a small tear still in his eye, and his face still blushing, lovingly smiled down at Daddy Dice.

“Heh, there’s that smile baby was hiding!” He giggled. “Now, how does a game sound, lil’ della?”

The happy couple enjoyed themselves for the rest of the night, planning on how to defeat the brothers down the line, and knowing they’d always have each other, no matter what.
